When a log is required

RestShade defaults to action-day logging: file when heat, smoke, or cold crosses inspector-relevant thresholds, not every mild workday.

A 60 F clear Tuesday is not a missing log. RestShade expects a signed site log on action days when forecast or readings cross thresholds an inspector would ask about. Baseline duties like water on site, cool-down on request, and written plans are not what flip Today to log required. The inspector packet still lists non-work days and below-threshold workdays in an appendix.
